Who is Ajeer?
Ajeer is a Saudi home-services platform that connects homeowners with certified technicians through a smart app. We offer more than 350 services in over 25 cities, with a 30-day golden warranty and transparent prices.
What do I need to open a store inside Ajeer?
A valid commercial registration, your own technician team, and a list of your services and their prices. The stores team reviews the application and prepares your store's identity, and the launch completes within 7 working days.
Do my technicians work for me or for Ajeer?
Your technicians stay entirely under your management and on your payroll. Ajeer does not interfere in your operations and takes no commission from them — we simply give them an app for updating orders.
When are my order payouts transferred?
Your customers' payments collect in the store wallet, and the amount due is transferred to your bank account within 24 hours of the customer paying, with a VAT invoice for every transaction.
What is the difference between the 8% and 3% commission?
8% applies to orders that come from inside the Ajeer app and its customer base, and 3% applies only to orders from your external store link, to cover online payment fees.
